Here we have a lovely French Crystal Daisy & Button 3 Part Divided Candy Dish or a Plateau hors d'oeuvres from Luxhem de Veropa, France. Circa 1960s/1970s, this circular design vintage relish dish has 3 separate sections; excellent for serving hors d'oeuvres, olives/pickles, nuts, candy or any other small food items. This aesthetically pleasing vintage pattern is known as Daisy and Button; which has been produced by other manufacturers such as Fenton, Duncan Miller, Smith and other American glass companies. It catches the light in such a way that makes the glass sparkle so beautifully! Measures 7.25 inches inches in diameter and 1.5 inches in height.
Condition: It is in good preloved vintage condition, some wear in one place on the edge of the platter and there is an imperfection from manufacturing in the glass which appears to be a black mark of some kind but it is completely inside the glass and enclosed, not a superficial blemish (illustrated in photos #4 and 5) This platter is otherwise in beautiful condition and the crystal is so clear and glossy; it is truly a lovely piece to add to your collection, especially if you are a fan of daisy and button pattern glass (which I certainly am! if you search my other listings under 'Daisy and Button' you will find other pieces in this same sparkly vintage pattern!)

Care instructions
Most vintage and antique glassware should be hand washed only and not in the dishwasher; especially any pieces with graphics or colourful patterns, for example Pyrex, Fire King, Glasbake, Corelle, drinkware, etc. Dishwashers can dull the finish on these unique pieces and cause premature wear to the surface and patterns or cause what is known as DWD or Dishwasher Damage which is irreversible. It's always better to be safe and wash by hand if you can.
Add some dish washing liquid into a sink or basin and add warm water. Placing a towel underneath can help to avoid breakage. It is best to use a damp cloth for any pieces with hand-painted decorations to preserve the art as even regular hand-washing can degrade these over time.
