Bring a touch of timeless vintage charm into your kitchen or display collection with this large avocado green glass canister and lid by the L.E. Smith Glass Company. Part of their Line #2114, Paneled Canisters series, this piece is believed to be the second-largest size in the set of four graduated canisters. The complete set included an extra-large 12" jar, this 9 3/4" size, a medium 7", and a petite 5". Its striking 10-paneled design and luminous avocado green colour make it a standout example of vintage American art glass. Whether displayed on its own as a statement storage jar or paired with others to complete a set, this discontinued canister captures the beauty and craftsmanship of mid-century glassmaking.

Measurements:
Height with lid: 9 3/4 inches
Height without lid: 7 5/8 inches

Condition: This piece is in good preloved vintage condition. There are chips around the rim of the jar opening and on the lid, along with air bubbles in the glass and a large straw mark on the lid, the latter of which are common manufacturing imperfections in vintage art glass. Scuffs, scratches and signs of use are present, but the bottom of the jar and the upper portion of the lid remain free from chips or cracks. Please review all photos carefully. This canister would be an excellent choice to complete an existing set or display as a standalone collectible.
